No change to registration fees for 2025 Season
Coolum Football Club is committed to ensuring maximum participation in football for members of the Coolum & surrounding community and as such, has elected to not raise playing fees in 2025 for the second year in a row! Our ability to keep our fees stable is largely thanks for to our SPONSORS!
Players must be registered prior to taking the field in 2025. All registrations are to be completed via Squadi, the Squadi system allows for payment in full or via instalments. Any requests for variations must be made in writing to registrar@coolumfc.com.au
Coolum Football Club is a registered Fair Play Activity provider. Fair Play voucher numbers can be entered at the time of registration and the voucher MUST also be forwarded to registrar@coolumfc.com.au or the discount may be revoked. Applications for Fair Play vouchers are open from 1 July 2024 until 30 May 2025. For more information on Fair Play vouchers, please click here.
Refunds: The Football Queensland and Football Australia registration fees are non-refundable once a player participates in any form of training, trials or matches. If a player has not “taken the field”, Coolum FC can lodge an application for these fees to be refunded. Requests for refunds of the Coolum FC playing fee must be made in writing to secretary@coolumfc.com.au for the consideration of the executive committee.
Registration fees do not include shorts and socks, these can be purchased via squadi in the shop section at the time of registration or throughout the season.
